Vol. 192 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - North Tipperary Telephone Applications.

65.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs how many applications for telephones are outstanding in respect of North Tipperary; and if he will indicate when the requirements of the applicants will be dealt with.

There are 100 applicants waiting for telephones in the North Tipperary area of whom 41 will be given service within the next six months. Most of the remaining 59 applicants will, it is hoped, be given service later next year.
