The Deputy must assume the usual practice will be adopted that on the commencement of the debate on the Vote on Account, which will be on Wednesday, Private Members' Time will cease. Then, of course, it will be a matter for discussion between the Whips as to the stage when the time thus taken can be restored for Private Members.
There will be no Private Members' Time from next Wednesday?
