There has been agreement between the Whips that the debate should conclude and that the Minister for Finance be called on by the Chair not later than 9.15 p.m. I therefore move :
That the proceedings on the Vote on Account for the financial year commencing on 1st April, 1962, in Committee on Finance and on Report, if not previously brought to a conclusion, shall be brought to a conclusion at 10.30 p.m. by putting from the Chair forthwith and in due order the questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion, and
That the Minister for Finance shall be called upon by the Chair not later than 9.15 p.m. to conclude the debate in Committee on Finance on the Vote on Account.
