The total number of applications for grants in respect of damage caused by recent storms in Galway city and county is 379. Separate figures for city and county are not available. Payments on foot of storm damage cases in County Galway in the period ended 28th February, 1962, totalled £357 on foot of a total allocation of £5,746.
