asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state with regard to the local elections held in each of the years 1945, 1950, 1955 and 1960 (a) the total electorate, (b) the total valid poll, (c) the total valid poll as a percentage of the total electorate, (d) the total number of spoiled votes and (e) the number of spoiled votes as a percentage of the electorate.

As the reply is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with your permission, a Cheann Comhairle, to circulate it with the Official Report.
