asked the Minister for Health whether it has now been established as a certainly that all outbreaks of smallpox in England, Scotland and Wales have been completely eradicated.

In view of recent developments in Great Britain, of which he is no doubt aware, the Deputy will appreciate that the answer to his question is "no".
