The corresponding figures for 1960 were given in the reply of 22nd March, 1961. As was indicated in that reply, circulation figures are obtained from time to time from newspapers. Publication of these figures in the Official Report is not considered advisable, as it is not possible to verify them, and such publication might lead, as it has done in the past, to disputes as to their accuracy, especially for comparable periods.
