asked the Minister for Education when work on the proposed new school at Cappagh, Kilflynn, County Kerry, will commence.

Detailed drawings and a specification for the new school at Cappagh are being prepared by the Commissioners of Public Works. It is expected that tenders for the erection of the school will be invited next month.

I cannot say precisely at this stage when work on the new school will commence.

asked the Minister for Education when work will commence on the proposed school at the Spa, Tralee, County Kerry.

I understand from the Commissioners of Public Works that tenders have been received for the erection of the new school at Spa and are at present under consideration. The Commissioners expect to be in a position to place a contract at an early date.
