4.

5.

asked the Minister for Finance if steps will be taken to spend the grant provided to repair the bog road from the county road near Ross Wood in the direction of Mr. Patrick Meehan's turf bank at Killurine, Killeigh, County Offaly; if he is satisfied that the amount of money provided will result in a satisfactory job; and if a further inspection will be carried out in this case.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to take Questions Nos. 4 and 5 together.

Particulars of these two works were given to all Deputies for the constituency on 14th November, 1961. The work referred to in Question No. 4 was completed on 29th November, 1961 and that dealt with in Question No. 5 on 24th November, 1961. In each case, the county engineer has certified that the work has been satisfactorily completed.

Could the Parliamentary Secretary say the date on which each Deputy in the constituency received that information?

It was sent out from the Special Employment Schemes Office with full details on 14th November.
