asked the Minister for Defence, with reference to the retired Army officer referred to by him as the unit Accounting Officer in the Dáil on 22nd May, 1962, on Vote 47, if he will specify the regulations requiring the taking of stock monthly referred to by him, giving the title, reference number and date of every such regulation.

The regulation in question is sub-paragraph 152 (1) of the Defence Force Regulation R.5— An Fórsa Cosanta Áitiúil—dated 6th February, 1946, as amended by Amendment No. 65 dated 7th January, 1960.
