Vol. 196 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Mrs. Singer: Criminal Charges.

88.

asked the Minister for Justice whether any charges are outstanding in relation to Mrs. Singer; if he has any knowledge of her present whereabouts; if at any time since 1st February last he has been aware of her whereabouts; and, if so, if he will state the location thereof and the relevant dates.

89.

asked the Minister for Justice whether there are at present any criminal charges outstanding against Mrs. Singer; and whether the police are at present anxious to discover her whereabouts.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle I propose to answer Questions Nos. 88 and 89 together.

Mrs. Singer is at present on bail and is not being sought by the Garda Síochána. Accordingly it would not be appropriate for me to make any comment as regards her possible whereabouts.
