Vol. 196 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Legal Diary: Notice to Solicitors.

30.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Justice if in order to avoid the daily waste of time and possibility of oversight involved in examining lists of upwards of four hundred cases in the Legal Diary he will arrange for the High and Circuit Court offices in Dublin to transmit by post to the solicitors on record in each case notice that the case has been put in the warning list for a particular day.

I am satisfied that the notice given in the Legal Diary of impending court cases is adequate and sufficiently convenient for solicitors.
