andMr. McQuillan asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether, should Ireland become a member of the Common Market, it is the Government's intention to introduce legislation to ensure that private industrial concerns observe certain minimum requirements to ensure that persons declared to be redundant will suffer the minimum hardship; and, if so, what the broad terms of such requirements will be.
