Vol. 197 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Finglas (Dublin) Schools.

127.

asked the Minister for Education what is the up-to-date position with regard to the provision of schools in the Finglas area, Dublin.

Two new schools were provided recently in the Finglas area, one for boys, girls and infants in Finglas village, having accommodation for 750 pupils, and another for girls and infants in Finglas east having accommodation for 1,376 pupils.

Suitable sites have been offered for the erection of two separate schools for boys and girls in the Finglas northwest area. Sketch plans for the two schools are being prepared by the Reverend Manager's architect.
