Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Business in the following order: Nos. 1,7—Vote 29—8, 9, 10 and 7— Vote 23—and 11. Questions at 2.30 p.m. It is proposed that No. 11. that is, the opening statement of the Minister for Local Government on the Local Government (Planning and Development) Bill, 1962, will be taken after Questions. I understand that if the statement has not been completed by 5 o'clock, he will be allowed finish the statement.

Subject to reasonable limitations. I take it that the statement will take half an hour or an hour?

I think it will be longer. Assuming Questions are over at 4 or 4.15 p.m., he will go on and finish the statement.
