The document to which the Taoiseach referred on the last occasion is a draft treaty. I do not know if the Taoiseach knows that, but I should like to know is it precisely the same as the final treaty? The document to which he referred the last time is a draft document; as far as I know, it is not final. I was wondering were there any changes in it.
