I have no information as to the condition of Aghada pier, Cork, nor have I received any previous application for a grant for its repair. I would suggest that the Deputy might consult the Cork County Council to see whether that body would be prepared to take up the matter of its repair with the Department of Local Government as a scheme of public amenity.
