I have seen newspaper reports regarding unemployment in the Rathdrum area. I would refer the Deputies to a reply given by me to a Question on 27th November, 1962, about this matter. As I said in that reply, any sound proposals that may be formulated by local or other interests for the establishment of industries in the Avoca area will be given every possible encouragement and assistance by me.
