The Rules of the Superior Courts were published without a detailed Index because it was considered undesirable to defer the making and publication of the new Rules for the substantial time required for the preparation of an Index.
Arrangements have been made for the separate publication of an Index which is being prepared by the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting. It is not possible at the moment to say when the Index will be published but it is expected that it will be available before the end of 1963.
