Mr. T. Lynch

asked the Taoiseach if he will state in respect of the past ten years to the nearest available date the value and the quantity of each class of shellfish exported from this country, the countries to which the shellfish were exported, and the value and quantities exported to each.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving the information which the Deputy requires for the years 1953 to 1961 inclusive, and for the 11 months period January-November, 1962, the latest period for which these figures are available.
