asked the Minister for Finance whether, further to a reply of 28th November last, he and the Minister for Agriculture have yet completed their consultations with regard to the draft scheme of loans for the special benefit of small farms formulated by the Agricultural Credit Corporation: if so, at what date he expects to announce the terms of this scheme; and whether, in view of the fact that small farmers undergo heavy expenses of restocking, etc., in the early Spring, he will endeavour to expedite as far as possible the introduction of this scheme.
