asked the Minister for Finance if he has received a proposal from the County Waterford National Monuments Advisory Committee for the creation of a central agency to co-ordinate the activities of the various societies and organisations dealing with the protection and preservation of national and historic monuments, shrines and sites; and, if so, what steps, if any, he has taken to establish the central agency.
