I understand that the Corporation has no plans for decorating the city before 31st March, 1963. The City Council, at their meeting on 4th March, will consider their estimates of expenditure for the financial year 1963-64 and, presumably, will then decide on any specific arrangements to be made for decorating the city in that financial year.
