asked the Minister for Finance if he is prepared to cooperate with the Donegal County Council regarding the Cloone Burn, Carrigans, so that it could be put into a proper state, in view of the fact that engineers from the Office of Public Works are at present working in Donegal convenient to this burn.

As a result of representations conveyed to me by the Minister for Local Government, it has been decided that an engineering survey of the Cloone Burn is to be carried out this year with a view to the possibility of preparing a scheme under the Arterial Drainage Act, 1945.
