Vol. 201 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Toomevara (Tipperary) Water Supply.

37.

asked the Minister for Local Government what is the position with regard to the installation of water supply in the village of Toomevara, Nenagh, County Tipperary.

A scheme to provide a water supply for Toomevara has been approved by my Department for some time but difficulties arose in regard to the acquisition of the necessary water rights.

A proposal to acquire these rights compulsorily is before my Department at present and a decision thereon will be issued shortly.
