asked the Minister for Lands what is the present position with regard to the acquisition and division of the Hanley Estate, Lisboney, Nenagh, County Tipperary.

There are no proceedings for acquisition of this estate. The property was inspected last year but the Land Commission decided not to move for its acquisition.
