I am not as yet in a position to give details in this regard.
The Minister must know that it is over a year now since these specific proposals were referred to by him. How long more does he propose to take before he can give details in respect of them?
I told the Dáil last week I hope to have changes instituted next September, which is the first possible occasion for making changes since I started my investigations. I do not think there is any necessity to make a statement prior to that.
