National Building Agency Limited Bill, 1963 — First Stage.
Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to authorise the Minister for Finance to take up shares of National Building Agency Limited, to provide for the making by that Minister of advances out of the Central Fund to that Company and for the guaranteeing by the Minister for Local Government of borrowings by that Company and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid. — (The Taoiseach.)
