Arising out of the series of questions to which the Minister has just replied, could he tell us approximately how soon after the conclusion of the debate on the general Financial Resolution it is likely the Finance Bill will be circulated?

The Finance Bill will be longer than usual this year and I am afraid I could not hope to have it very much sooner than the end of May.
