The report referred to by the Deputy has not yet been published but as soon as it is available I will arrange to have it examined by my Department in consultation with CIE. If it should emerge that our interests would be adversely affected by the implementation of any of the recommendations, I am satisfied that there will be no difficulty in arranging for discussions.
