As the information required is in the form of a tabular statement, I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to have it circulated with the Official Report. The figures are in respect of proceedings arising from the provisions relating to dangerous buildings in the Towns Improvement Clauses Act, 1847, the Dublin Improvements Acts (Amendment) Act, 1864, and the Dublin Corporation Act, 1890; and do not include proceedings brought under the provisions of the Sanitary Services Acts.
