The question of approving this road has been examined a number of times but it has been found on each occasion that the potential traffic would not justify the cost of establishing and maintaining a special customs Frontier post.
Following a further review of the situation, I am satisfied that there has been no appreciable change and that approval of the road would not be warranted.
