asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission have any proposals for the acquisition of the Conran Estate, Grange, Rathnure, County Wexford.
I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to take Questions Nos. 22 and 23 together.
The Land Commission have very recently reached agreement with the individual landowners concerned for purchase of these two properties aggregating 238 acres.
Certain legal formalities must be completed, however, before arrangements are made to take possession of the lands.
