I move:
That in the case of the Finance Bill, 1963, the following provisions shall apply to the Third, Fourth and Fifth Stages:—
(a) Third Stage.
The Third Stage shall be the first Order of the Day to be taken on Tuesday, 9th July, 1963, Wednesday, 10th July, 1963, and Thursday, 11th July, 1963, and the proceedings thereon shall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the following Table:

The proceedings, if they have not already been concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at the time indicated by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the Questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion.
(b) Fourth Stage.
The Fourth Stage shall be the first Order of the Day to be taken on Tuesday, 16th July, 1963, and the proceedings on that Stage, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 10.30 p.m. on that day by putting from the Chair forthwith and successively the Questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion.
(c) Fifth Stage.
The Fifth Stage shall be the first Order of the Day to be taken on Wednesday, 17th July, 1963, and the proceedings on that Stage, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 10.30 p.m. on that day by putting from the Chair forthwith the Question necessary to bring them to a conclusion.
