Seanad Éireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Éireann is desired:—
That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Waterford Harbour Commissioners (Acquisition of Property) Bill, 1963, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Waterford and Limerick Railway Act, 1878, and section 35 of the Waterford Harbour Act, 1919, to provide for the validation of an agreement and matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
I move:
That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on the 10th day of July, 1963, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Waterford Harbour Commissioners (Acquisition of Property) Bill, 1963.
