Vol. 205 No. 2

Written Answers. - Erection of Labourers Cottages.

144.

asked the Minister for Local Government the local authorities which have decided, with his consent, to erect second cottages on plots provided under the Labourers Acts, referred to in a supplementary reply of 18th June, 1963.

The County Councils of Clare, Kerry, Limerick, Louth and Wexford have suspended, with my consent, the statutory conditions which govern the use of a vested cottage to enable a second cottage to be erected on the plot held with the original cottage.

I hereby give notice that I wish to raise on the Adjournment the subject matter of Question No. 19.

I shall communicate with the Deputy later.
