17.

Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he has yet received the report of the inquiry into Irish Estates Limited; and when the report will be published.

I propose, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, to take Questions Nos. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 together.

As Deputies are aware, a resolution was passed by the Dáil yesterday authorising the publication of this report. It would be inappropriate for me to say anything further about the report until it has been published.

Can the Minister give a more proximate date when it will be available to the public?

The Deputy is trying to rush me. I am still considering Deputy Dillon's suggestion. I have to inquire as to what time it will take to print the report.

Is the stencilled copy available in the Library?

That is one matter I have under consideration.

After the election.

Do not mind the sniping. Will we have an early decision on that?

And after the full facts are known about the Equitable Insurance Company.
