As the Deputy is aware, Resolution 256 adopted by the Consultative Assembly refers to a Seminar on International Voluntary Service, held at Strasbourg 1st-4th July, 1963. As the report and decisions of the Seminar have not yet been transmitted to the Committee of Ministers for consideration, I am not in a position to indicate the attitude of the Government to the Resolution.
