Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for External Affairs whether the Government will proclaim 10th December, 1963, the fifteenth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, as Human Rights Day in accordance with the wishes of the United Nations Organisation.

Arrangements are being made to celebrate, in an appropriate manner, on the 10th December, the fifteenth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
