59.

asked the Taoiseach if he will state in amplification of a reply of 7th November, 1963, the estimated numbers of agricultural holdings with and without temporary male employees aged 18 years and over in each county and province in 1960.

Estimates have been made, on the basis of a 10 per cent sample of holdings, as returned at the Agricultural Statistics Enumeration in 1960, of the number of agricultural holdings (one acre and over) with and without temporary male employees aged 18 years and over and the relevant information is given in the following table. Estimated numbers of agricultural holdings (1 acre and over), with and without temporary male employees aged 18 years and over, in each country and province in 1960.
