Vol. 207 No. 7

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 11 and 3 on the Order Paper. In accordance with the arrangements already announced, the Minister for Finance will be called on at 3 p.m. to conclude before 4 p.m., when Questions will be taken.

Would the Taoiseach say, before he leaves, what will be the position next week?

About the business of next week?

Yes, and on what days shall we sit?

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

And what business?

I shall be able to have that communicated to the Deputy through the Whips.

Would the Taoiseach not communicate it to the House and then there would be no risk of any misunderstanding?

It is not finalised yet.

The debate on the Transport and Power Estimate was opened last Thursday.

As the Deputy is mainly interested in the business for Wednesday, I shall let him know that on Tuesday.

What about the business for the following week?

There will not be any business on the following week. They will be burying themselves.
