There have been no changes since 19th April, 1961, in the composition and function of the Government Contracts Committee. The figures of £3,000 and £300 mentioned in the reply of that date have, however, been increased to £5,000 and £1,000 respectively in the interests of economy and efficiency in administration and to reflect also the fall in money values.
