(a) Part 1 of the table gives particulars for the County Constituency of Dublin which is smaller than the administrative county. The total number of applications for rehousing in the administrative county is 1,307.

(b) Part 2 of the table gives details in relation to the administrative county since residents outside the county constituency will in practice be rehoused in schemes in the constituency area and vice versa. In addition to sites already acquired, Dublin County council has applied for confirmation of compulsory purchase orders for the acquisition of further sites at Santry (5 acres), Ballyboden (4½ acres) and Walkinstown (4½ acres), Negotiations are in progress for the acquisition by agreement of sites at Dundrum. Balbriggan, Saggart, Skerries, Loughshinny.
