asked the Minister for Local Government the cause of the delay in having a winch provided at Malin Head, County Donegal, to facilitate fishermen who complain that the existing obsolete structure is most unsatisfactory; and if in view of the great necessity for such a winch he will arrange to instruct the Donegal County Council to install one without further delay.
