Mr. Ryan

asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in respect of the life disqualification for holding a driving licence remitted by him on 18th February, 1964, why the disqualification was imposed on 4th May, 1933.

The disqualification was imposed as a result of conviction of manslaughter.
