Vol. 208 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Inspection of Office Premises.

33.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce the number of inspections carried out each year under the Office Premises Act, 1958, since it came into operation, and the centres in which such inspections were carried out.

Under the Office Premises Act, the inspection of offices, other than Government offices and offices attached to factories, is a matter for the local sanitary authorities in the area concerned, and the particulars sought by the Deputy are not available in my Department.
