I assume that the Deputy's question refers to the Council of Europe scheme of grants to student-instructors and qualified instructors undergoing further training to enable them to attend vocational training centres in member countries. The 1964 programme under this scheme provides, inter alia, for 21 grants to student - instructors from Cyprus, Greece and Turkey to attend courses in specialised Italian centres. There is no question of assigning students from Cyprus, Greece or Turkey to centres in member countries other than Italy.
