I propose, with your permission, Sir, to circulate in the Official Report a statement giving for the years 1962 and 1963 the total value of Irish securities purchased by Irish residents from externs and sold to externs by Irish residents, through Irish stockbrokers or through banks operating in Ireland. The data, which distinguish between Irish Government and other Irish securities, were not available for earlier years.
