Vol. 209 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Bishopstown (Cork) School.

40.

asked the Minister for Education if he is now in a position to state if any progress has been made with regard to the proposal to build a new school at Bishopstown, County Cork.

Sketch plans for new schools for boys and girls at Bishopstown have been approved.

A grant towards the cost of the schools will be sanctioned when agreement has been reached as regards the amount of the contribution to be provided locally. My Department is in correspondence with the Reverend Manager in regard to this matter.
