I cannot yet indicate the date on which the Health (Homes for Incapacitated Persons) Act, 1964, will be brought into operation. It is desirable that regulations under section 2 of the Act should be ready to come into operation at the same time as the enactment; these regulations are being drafted in my Department and they will be promulgated as soon as possible.
